To me, there is no more fascinating field of law than labour law. And there is no other field of law that is subject to so many myths and misperceptions.
 
That makes it all the more satisfying when I can show my clients that such a wide variety of legal norms does not necessarily put them in a straightjacket – on the contrary, it provides a variety of options for their human resources planning.
 
It also surprises many people to find out that in labour disputes, I often play as much the role of a psychologist as of legal counsel.
 
Whether in court or outside of it, representing employers’ interests requires not only a deep understanding of the changing needs of my clients’ companies, but also of the interests and motivation of their employees.
 
And in the end, this fascination with labour law is of tremendous benefit to my clients: my deep understanding of their business needs allows me to develop individual solutions for all their human resources issues.
